The CUSHENDALL song

By TONY SULLIVAN

A light-hearted, sing-along in the Irish ballad group style; fast and lively, with a good chorus.

It extols the beauties of Northern Ireland; every county is mentioned – so there is something for everybody.

Sully made his debut performance of it in The Festival Of The Sea concert, Cushendall, (The Glens Hotel)

on 26th May 2006. The local hurling club are using the song for their signature tune.

About CUSHENDALL: a village set a few hundred yards from the sea on County Antrim’s wild and beautiful coast.

Places of interest: McCollum’s pub (aka Johnnie Joe’s – session pub); The Curfew Tower; Glens of Antrim; Red Bay; Cushendun village and bay.
