Partially finished resonators: the best quality - designed for optimum stability,
appearance and acoustic properties. "Mastertone " dimensions. The 3-ply res
sidewall has a tapered inner surface in the 1930s style; and the arched back
features full width veneers for beauty. O.D. 13 & 5/8" with 1 & 5/8" sidewall
height to accept a standard 13 & 1/8" diameter res flange. The outer sidewall
is routed for .060" x 1/4" edge bindings; and the res is ready for binding, neck
notching and finishing.

1-PIECE CAST RESONATOR FLANGE. Mastertone style zinc alloy with 13 & 1/8" O.D. 24 bracket spacing. It gives a banjo slightly more sustain & reverb. The wood rim needs turning on a lathe to fit this flange. It is not interchangeable with our 24-piece or the "Tube & plate" flanges. Post is £9 on one, will quote for bigger orders |
