INFORMATION NEEDED TO PROCESS YOUR CREDIT or DEBIT CARD ORDER

From 4th December 2003, our credit card machine now requires more information to process mail orders.

It now needs:

  • CARD NUMBER
  • EXPIRY DATE
  • ISSUE NUMBER or START (VALID FROM) DATE - for debit cards within UK only
  • SECURITY CODE. This is on the signature strip on the back of your card. There you will see seven numbers: four are the last four of your card number; after that you will see three more numbers – these are your security code.
  • HOUSE NUMBER
  • POSTCODE. (this need not apply outside UK)

These address details are because we are not allowed to charge cards from one postal address when the goods are being sent to another.

Sorry about all this, but it is for your own security - and my card machine will not process your order without this information.
